Public Insurance Adjusters Fighting for Your Fair Settlement
We are licensed public adjusters — the only insurance professionals legally authorized to represent policyholders in the claims process. We work exclusively for you, not the insurance company.
Every policyholder deserves a fair fight.
When disaster strikes, insurance companies send their own adjuster — a professional paid to protect the carrier's bottom line. We're public adjusters: licensed experts who work exclusively for the policyholder, document every dollar of damage, and fight for every dollar you're owed.
We believe no one should navigate a major property loss alone. That's why we review every claim for free, work on pure contingency, and stay available 24 hours a day.
Always available
Disasters don't keep business hours. Neither do we.
Upfront cost
We work on contingency. You pay nothing unless we win.
We'll tell you honestly if you don't need us. Free and no-obligation, every time.
Built by someone who saw what happens when policyholders go it alone.
Insurance Claim Hero was founded by Andrew Rouhafzai, a licensed public adjuster who spent years working inside the property insurance industry before making a deliberate decision to switch sides. Andrew had seen too many families and business owners receive settlements far below what their policies actually entitled them to — not because their policies were bad, but because no one on their side knew how to fight for the full amount.
The insurance company sends a professional adjuster to every claim. That adjuster is experienced, knows the policy inside out, and has one job: close the file for as little as possible. Most policyholders face that professional alone — with no training, no leverage, and no idea what they're entitled to. Andrew built ICH to change that equation.
Today, ICH is a multi-adjuster firm licensed in Texas, New Mexico, Virginia, Maryland, Washington DC, and Pennsylvania. Every adjuster we hire shares the same standard: state-licensed, locally experienced, and committed to working only for the policyholder. We review every claim for free, work on contingency, and tell clients honestly whether we can help them — even when the answer is no.
The firm handles hundreds of claims a year, ranging from residential water and fire damage to multi-million-dollar commercial catastrophe losses. Regardless of size, every file gets the same attention: a thorough inspection, a line-by-line policy review, and a settlement negotiated to reflect every dollar of documented damage.
Adjusters who work only for you.
Unlike insurance company adjusters (employed by the carrier) or independent adjusters (contracted by the carrier), public adjusters are licensed by the state to represent and work solely for the policyholder. Our only interest is maximizing your recovery.

Why hire a public adjuster?
Your insurance company has experts working to minimize what they pay. You deserve one doing the opposite.
We find damage they miss
Insurance company adjusters conduct rushed inspections. We take the time to document every element — including hidden structural and moisture issues.
We know your policy
We read your policy cover to cover, identifying every applicable coverage — including ALE, code upgrades, and loss of use you may not know you have.
We negotiate as equals
We negotiate carrier-to-expert. You're no longer a homeowner against a team of professionals — you have one fighting for you.
We fight denials
A denial isn't always final. We review denied claims, re-document the loss, and reopen claims where there's a valid case to make.
We save you time
Dealing with an insurance claim is a full-time job. We handle everything — documentation, correspondence, negotiation — so you can focus on your life.
No win, no fee
We work on pure contingency. Our fee is a percentage of the settlement we recover — you pay nothing upfront and nothing if we don't improve your outcome.
Licensed where you live. Qualified to fight.
Public adjusters are licensed by the state insurance department. Every state we operate in requires a separate license, exam, and ongoing continuing education. We meet every requirement — and exceed them.
